The No Crow Rooster Collar

Hi,
I live in a place where my neighbors would not appreciate a crowing rooster at 5:00 in the morning. lol I heard of The No Crow Rooster Collar and wondered if it was worth a try.
Does it hurt the rooster, is it safe to use, and does it really work? Do you think that would be kinda cruel, or does it not hurt the roo at all?

I suggest you use the search function at the top of the page to see other threads on this subject, as I know there have been several. I personally can't help you otherwise, no roosters for me to try that out on. Good luck.
