....*sigh* You shouldn't of given us such an easy one to guess. It's an army tank! A tank is a tracked, armored fighting vehicle designed for front-line combat which combines operational mobility and tactical offensive and defensive capabilities.
Haha! That's where you're half wrong :p
It is a tank chassis. But from what tank is the chassis from? Plus that isn't a gun on the turret

Its function is not that of any old front line tank, either :p

Tank container chassis, also referred to as tank chassis, drop frame chassis or tank trailers, are a form of intermodal transportation for portable bulk liquid containers or ISO tank containers.

I'll give the answers

This tank:

Is a minefield clearing tank. Built by the USSR on a T-55 chassis. The T-55 was mass produced medium tank sold to many countries, therefore using a couple for odd purposes was not a problem. The turret was removed and replaced with a holder for that long protrusion at the front. What is it, you might ask? That would be the engine off a MiG 15 fighter jet. The engine would be pointed towards the ground in front of the tank, were the shear heat and pressure would push away the dirt around the mines and detonate them on the spot. All while the crew of the vehicle would be safe and sound inside their armored hull, which reached a maximum thickness of 120mm in the front.

The specific answers I was looking for was T-55, MiG 15 engine, and minefield clearer :p
