the "not-so-bad" Blue Wheaten Ameraucana Hatch of 2010

Well, I just ordered the IncuCube Incubator.

Holds 12 to 15 eggs.

If it's here by Friday I'll start them then. If not, I'll save some of my own out and I'll have a two or three day hatch.

Well the 1588 is set up and I've got the turner on just to make sure it's working

I've got the Brinsea set up and running also.

I'll get the IncuCube Friday and once it gets up to temp, Eggs will go in there too.

1st Candle April 12th

Lockdown April 20th.

Hatch April 23rd to April 25th.

Cool.

I hope the Post Office is treating your eggs wonderfully... I wonder whose will arrive first... yours, Kathy's or Waynes.

I've some of mine ready to go already!

You have to let me know when you are ready to trade some eggs. I only have the one pullet, so we should trade 6 each. I have one of mine in the bator. The first one she laid - the rest after that have been fertile so I am hoping!!!!

Give me till September and then we'll do the egg trade, they should be through another laying cycle by then.

And since I have more hens.. .I'll give you a dozen for your six.. how does that sound?

I'll be watching, but I really shouldn't. I'm already tempted by Blue Wheatens and do not have room for another breed. *sigh*

Well, I have both of the incubators up to temp, humidity almost perfect in both, and now we sit and wait for the eggs... and the IncuCube Bator....
