Those aren't Ameraucanas - Gabbard Farms sells Easter Eggers.
Hey Mahonri - I've got a peachick egg pip today.
This is a common error, so don't feel bad about it. I think it has happened to every one of us before we knew what Ameraucanas were.
Really, Julie has it listed 2 different ways. I didn't know that. Has anyone else had this problem? I have heard all good reviews about Julie and her eggs asked many times before I bought them. Anyways how can you really tell the difference in them I would like to know so I don't buy the wrong eggs again? I bet alot of people on here sell there EE eggs as such also.

Yes all but the ones in the InCubebator.. .I just take the turner out, lay them down with wet paper towels down underneath and pray for the best. There are only 7 eggs left in there.. most EEs from my own coop.
I really do not know. . . At least one of the two bluest ones hatched, but really. . . Not a clue. The chicks looked normal if cracked open - Yolks still out, chick curled up. . .
Pretty sure you'll get a better hatch though.
I feel doomed when hatching Wheaties. . . Last time I got a low hatch rate AND fertility rate with Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Marans.
