I'm so excited, I'm going to pretend I'm hatchingView attachment 4072555
I got sixteen eggs set!
This thread has been so quietOut of the babies I got, we kept six, one of whom is a gorgeous Brahma cockerel, named Soup. He needs to stop being so sweet, or else he’ll never live up to his name
I don’t have the hens or the room to keep a second roo, unfortunately. We kept three Delaware pullets, Loretta, Olive, and Gabby; one Brahma pullet, Betty; a Leghorn, Poppy; and Soup. Anyways, here are some cute growing up photos of the babies
Olive, maybe?

Not sure how old Soup was in this photo…4 weeks maybe? I started suspecting he was a boy pretty quick

Yep, definitely a boy…

All the babies!

I can’t tell the littles apart in photos anymore, they’ve changed so much. So this could be anyone, but I’m guessing it’s Olive, cause she’s naughty and would sit on the waterer.

I *think* this is Gabby.

And this is Betty the teeny tiny Brahma. She’s smaller than all the Delawares

I’m almost regretting getting more chickens, because the status quo was so calm in the house until I added the pullets…I love them though, they’re all so sweet and friendly.
