I have a couple of questions to ask:
what breed and gender are these chickens?
1. caroline ( shown below ) has black skin and very small waddle and come turning a reddish color
Buff Silkie, not sure on gender. Silkies are very hard to tell-- post more photos of this bird in a couple of weeks.
2.Bark ( aka stork or turkey ) this is a turkey sold to us as a chicken. what type of turkey?
Bourbon Red Turkey, can't tell gender, but leaning towards hen.
3.Creepy toes ( I think its a sultan because it has 5 toes )
Sultan, pullet.
4.Blackie ( has a nice mowhawk )
Need a better picture, but am guessing some sort of Polish.
5.Belle The Rooster ( we know its a rooster because he crows. he is too small to be a leghorn )
White Japanese Bantam, cockerel.
6. this is rusty. its doesn't get along well with belle
Red Cochin cockerel.

my chickens love to eat the paint on the walls but i dont know if that is fine. and picked up the black chicken and thing it was slobering? just give me some advice

If it is older paint, it may contain lead, and they need to be stopped. You may either paint over it to seal it, or you need to fence the chickens away from it. The problem is if it is old lead paint, you need to keep them several feet from the building, because they will pick up and eat the lead paint chips that have fallen over the years.

i have good news! the one you all guessed as red cochin started to crow! i came in the back to check on them and he crowed 3 times on a bucket filled with dirt then leaped to eat with his flock
