I've never eaten rabbit, but my husband has and he assures me the meat is very good. When researching I read that that rabbit has less fat than white meat from a chicken and that goat is very lean also. Who knew, right. My kids say that as long as they don't have to see the processing of the animal, they are willing to try any kind of meat that we raise. I totally get that it isn't easy to watch so I'll respect their request and slaughter the animals only when they're in school.

This is a shaming forum, so I have to shame someone lol.... Happy stole the electric bill out of my pocket and ate part of it. She's the tall one on the right with a smug look on her face. She is best buddies with Barney (the other one standing on the gate) but she refuses be his girlfriend.
