All this means, from my understanding, is the she got first place as far as Popular Vote. Portia isn't even in the "hold" list. Sorry to say, Anne isn't either but she is a winner in my book!​

I think we were looking at something different to the judges - the fact that Anne is not on-hold seems amazing to me. She is a natural beauty and stands way above the other contestants in my biased opinion. I am glad we supported her like we did and I wish her luck in whatever path her career takes her.
