The local school system has hit a major snag; Zoom is down, and that's the program they were using for their virtual classrooms. I'm wondering how many thousands of others were relying on it too, and maybe overuse crashed the system?

It probably did crash from so many trying to use it at the same time. I'll bet they never expected that much use at once.
Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

I have tried for days to get dh to go to the dr. But today I did not give him a choice. He had 2 coworkers offer to take him.
He tried to refuse. I told him if he didn't go I'd call 911. I told him I was not going to let him die sitting here. I called our dr. And they said to call when he got in the parking lot.
I didn't go because dr is probably going to admit him and they wont let me in. And I'm pretty sick and weak. But not nearly as bad as he is. His coworker said she'd call me and let me know what's going on. I wish he would have let me call his son last week when I wanted to. He wasn't as bad then.

Hi all! Just stopping by to drop a picture of my AMAZING daughter. I cannot say just how proud I am of her. She finished at the top of her class at her military occupational specialty (MOS) school. She's finally coming home after being gone for ten months (minus her Christmas break). She has found her calling for sure.

The kids finished their first "lessons". It was 4 video tutorials on how to do things, and interact in their virtual classroom. It's the same program my daughter uses for college, so that gave her an advantage when they got stuck, and needed help. I got the audio dealt with, so it detects when the headphones are plugged in, and switches over to them.

The Status page on campus for zoom said the issue was resolved at 10:10 PDT.
I hope it keeps working!

Yes, better to have him go now. If her can't breathe well, home is not the place to be.

I called my dr this morning and got them to change my surgery date to Sept 17th.
Hopefully we will be well by then.
