I took it easy last night, and today. Fire ant bites have never been that big of a deal, but I got so many bites, and for whatever reason, possibly the meds I'm on, the bite chemistry, and my body chemistry are clashing. I've never had them do this bad before.

I take Benadryl if I get bit by ants or hornets.

Al, you are right. There are claims that ant bites help. You can google it. The more accepted therapy is bee stings. That's actually been in use as a valid treatment for quite some time.

Happy Sunday OF Bees or wasps ? Never got stung by a honey bee..
Stopped my heart with wasps my cousin was 13 drove me to hospital

OK but how do you get the ants to bite where you have the problem? I would need them to bite on my hands near the first knuckles of my thumbs
