I don't recall anyone ever screaming when I drew their blood.

I just calmly inform the person drawing blood that if I don't see what they're doing, BOTH of our days will go a lot easier. One even threw a cloth over my arm so I couldn't see. I think they get it.

I once got 20 stitches in my left eye brow. The Dr. had to keep telling me you can't see it quit trying to watch, it makes it harder with you moving.

I don't supposed I've heard anyone scream but I've seen a few blue/black inner elbows. Must have been at least some grimacing going on. Clearly someone wasn't good at it. Lucky for me I have big veins, easy to see, easy to hit the first time.

My latest blood work came back, and there seem to be a few problems. My appointment with my oncologist is in May.

First load of dirt delivered, second one on the way. Of course, it's sprinkling outside, and I know it's going to rain. Tomorrow, or the next day, our back neighbor will bring his tractor, and spread the dirt out.
