Good Morning, sourland.. Gonna be sunny and warm (hot and humider) today. Was cool last night so stuck a heat lamp out in the babies turn out pen.. by next week they will no longer need it at night. Woot! Hope everyone is doing well today.

It's only going to be 90 today, according to the weather channel. I vacuumed last night, and scrubbed the kitchen floors. I'll scrub the floors in the rest of the house tonight.

Quacker Sparkles is not overly happy with me, and has been being a bit of a brat for the past couple days. Dh took down the kiddie fence from around our pool about a week ago. At first, things were normal, so when she sneaked a little dip in the pool, I chased her out, as I have done on the few past occasions. BUT a couple days ago, Dh was in the pool, and kept coaxing her to get into the pool. He let her stay in for a bit. When I went out, and caught what was going on, I was NOT happy about it. I don't think the chlorine, and pool chemicals are good for her, and I don't want duck poo in the pool water. I chased her out. Now, she's not happy with me. She hasn't let me pet her since that happened.

It was a rough decision but when the best veterinary hospital in the state tells you we can't help her, God's pretty much got His hand on her head and it's time for us to move ours.

Sorry to hear micro my condolances. You did all you could and did the best for her. Hearts out for ya'll.

They just updated the weather channel forecast. It's only going up to 89 with stray thunderstorms/showers. We could really use a bit of rain.

We go down from 95F to 87F today!

Normal for this time of year is 78F though.

Quacker Sparkles is still upset with me today. She's not happy with Dd #1 either. Spoiled little brat!

It's raining now.

It has been a very dry spring.

Good news about my dog Mara... got the test results on Addison's and she does not have it. Her diarrhea is better; semi-solid poop today! When I thought about all the meds she's had in the last 6 days, the diarrhea was probably a side effect. At least three of them listed it as a possibility.

Micro, I've been giving her more hugs after what has happened with Sid. They fill up such a big part of our hearts, don't they?

Now I have pets the Labrador is the only Pure breed.
I always had one cat, BF and Me have 4 inside 3 outside.
