The Old Folks Home

Ahhhh Toradol the Jack Daniels of injectable NSAIDS.

Hope it knocks the pain for you Ron. I usually get it with a Prednisolone chaser.

@getaclue congratulations to your daughter. She has worked hard for this and so has her 'support team' mom.

I'm debating on whether or not to go out and do some mowing. Did some this morning after DH and I went out to saw off a trunk left from a big tree harvest a few years back. It's about 3.5 feet tall and more than 29" across. We thought it would make a good platform for the cattle dogs to play on.

When we went to close the back yard gate we heard something squealing under the gate. I hastily moved it and there in the deep grass was an adorable baby bunny. Barely fit in the palm of my hand. Little guy was so freaking cute. He ran into the back yard and I caught him. Not a safe place for a little guy like him. I got to spend some time petting him and examining his little feet and managed to find his nest. I think one of our other dogs got it's sibs but I was able to put the nesting material back in the nest along with bun bun. Went back an hour later to check on him and he was out of the nest and no where to be seen.

It's been a crazy summer here starting in May with Sidney getting sick and dying, DH having more skin cancer surgery, me playing musical doctors trying to get treatment for my feet. This little boy sure did brighten my day.
This will be the first time for getting Toradol. I hope it helps!

But you get to carry the memories forever. And so do all of us, through your postings. Thanks for sharing Baby Jay with us.
Those moment come to give us hope when the times are tough. Just sitting and remembering the joy you felt when you first looked in your newborn's eyes, or any other occasion gives us hope.

Yes! I have a couple of pictures of when my chicks were little that will always make me smile.

And lots of pictures of our dog Mara.

Morning. ☕
Had a couple Pabst Blue Ribbon hard iced coffees.
Last night not this morn lol.
Someone dropped the off with a mix match of various other beers and ciders when we weren't home. Either the beer fairy or city neighbor?
Those hard coffees actually pretty good no funny taste at all pretty much like a sweet vanilla iced coffee.
