arm was really sore yesterday after 2nd Moderna on Tues. OK today--just usual rusty joints!

I'm with you! Got my second moderna yesterday and my arm is really sore today. Especially if I'm in air conditioning. Feels like it did when I had a frozen shoulder and lost strength in my hand and arm. Preparing myself to go on a biologic for the Crohn's disease.

The township sent a letter to the neighbor. He has to draw a plan showing where his fence is at and pay the permit(both which he didn't do before building) and he was told to move his fence. If he fights moving the fence, I have to get an attorney. If he fights the permit, the township takes him to court. In our township, you may put your fence on the property lines. If you do so and both people want a fence on the line, then you put your fence back to back.

Why should you have to get a lawyer if the neighbor refuses to abide by the town's ruling? The town should be taking him to court since the fence is illegal. If they don't do that and he doesn't move the fence, pull out whatever part of it is on your property and throw it on his side. You could likely keep/sell whatever you pull out since it is on your property but that is likely way more confrontational they you want to be (I wouldn't probably do that either). He can't complain and you wouldn't have to pay a lawyer. Mark the property line with some T posts. Not too expensive nor hard to put in.

Seems like it would be hard to have 2 fences ON the property line.

Find out if your state allows you to recover lawyer's fees (mine does not). There is no question that he'll have to move the fence if you sue him and if he knows fighting you will cost him $$ he's less likely to do it. Lawyers are expensive.

I had a sore arm and a low fever with the second moderna shot. It was not too bad though. I still did my Regular Sunday things that day.

The township is expecting a colorful phone call from him today. They said if he doesn't move the fence with their warning, it becomes a civil case. I would think if I have to hire an attorney... They could put the bill on him?? They said if he's smart, he will move the fence without fighting because he can end up with a big bill. We paid for a blue print with the survey. Costly. But I was expecting this. I think an attorney consult is free. This guy has been intimidating me for so long, I guess it's time I stood up to him because I have evidence now

Oh Gosh. Just went out and checked on the oldest pullets to see where they all were. Another egg in one of the nesting boxes. There were 11 eggs divided between two nesting boxes this morning. 9 pullets and two year old hens in the round pen. I was mostly just checking to see where Peg is. She was still inside the fenced area and not somewhere out in the yard by herself. She's started to integrate with the flock now. I saw her put on her 'big girl pants' this morning and defend herself. She's learning flock behavior and I'm pleased as punch.
