I've seen that here, never thought about black chickens as crows but would seem to look the same from the airI have pictures too! After checking on the kids and getting them back in their appropriate pens I went to check on the mail. I find a BIG YELLOW envelope in the mailbox to my surprise. My BYC Calendar has arrived and it's so loverly! I'll take it out tomorrow to show the kids what beautiful creatures are innit. Though none of them have anything to be jealous of!
Speaking of chicken colors. Eagles and Hawks down here avoid black chickens. The reason is we have crows down here that will gather in groups and hammer either raptor. I was out yesterday and heard a Hawk crying, and crying. Looked up and two crows were attacking it. It must have entered their territory.
