You can obtain enough from pine needle tea (pine, spruce, cedar and fir)“.) And did you know onion skins contain Quercetin? Another FYI in case you can't get it at the store.We make pine needle tea sometimes. It has a nice taste and aroma and is high in vitamin C and I think vitamin A and antioxidants, too.
