Hey, Gen Lee my lil silkie boy likes to dance around me.. He stopped attacking me because each time he did, I picked him up for cuddles.. He likes that! So now he just dances his lil' heart out for me.

Another pine fell down in a storm. Really starting to dislike pine trees.

I am kind of achey and was dizzy the day before yesterday so i think i have some virus. Sleeping a lot.

Hey @007Sean and all you other old folk out there in fogey land! How ya be?

It actually got above freezing here today. Still didn't let the birds out. My birds go out in snow? Heaven forbid, little prima donnas one and all. Still it feels' quite warm so I'm enjoying it even if the low for Wednesday night is 2 and the high for Thursday is 8. It's January though and not much you can do about it.

@CSolis I have a little OEGB SDW rooster who tidbits for me. I graciously thank him and take the gift he offers me usually put it in my pocket so DH can see what his competition is giving me for gifts. Pieces of straw, pieces of plastic, nails that have worked out of the ground from the previous owner, pieces of corn. I tell him Joker has given me some nice gifts, now top that!

He just looks things over and says 'shouldn't be hard to do'.

So does a piece of plastic transpose into a diamond? Ruby? Gold?

So proud of my girls that got moved around night before last. I let them out with their new groups and they stayed put with the new flock. Twist has settled right in with her new buddies. She would go back to the pen for a drink and right back out to free range with the hens. Snowball and Snowy stayed in the new grazing area with Bandit and his 3 other ladies. All went right back in the pen with a little bread treat. Whooo hoooo!
