@CSolis, Gorgeous and you are right, chocolate colored feathers. My bet is that it's a she. Not seeing any comb or wattles screaming otherwise.

Morning all. Working on my third refill of coffee. Down to just sipping now and about to head out to put up my nets again...in high wind. Should be fun. At least the temps are in the 50s today and tomorrow before swinging back to the cold zone again. Typical late winter early spring weather.

The hawks are migrating though and the field sparrows are busy tidying up the gourds that I have made into bird houses so spring is coming!
