Dd #1 finally went to the podiatrist. She was constantly experiencing foot pain, and back pain. It seems she inherited my very high arch, BUT the top of her foot is taller than most. She was buying shoes that were way too big, in order to compensate for the the height of the foot. The doctor gave her orthotics to support the arches, and behind the toes to prevent slippage in the shoe. (I was using these same type orthotics way before they were even a thing) He also showed her which types of shoes to buy, and/or where to have them stretched to accommodate her foot.

After being on her feet all day, she's having no foot, or back pain. I'm so glad she finally went, and that she is now pain free.

Best ultrasonic no bark device for neighbor dogs barking from 5:30-8:00 AM ? @bruceha2000 you always have good advice. Any advice? Since the township is lax we may need to try other avenues. This is for a neighbor harassing on purpose so please don't say to talk with the neighbor!

In that case... I would say great ear plugs.

Really great ear plugs and a shotgun just make it loud to wwake them.
