They brought our new router this evening. Yes, this is a known problem with this router. It can just barely handle the demand being put on it, but it's all they have for now. They have a new upgraded router coming out in Jan. that will be able to handle the demand, without overloading, and burning up.

Cold is settling in here, too, but it looks like we may be having a couple days with 40ish highs in the extended forecast. We’ll get our outside star up one of those days. Before that break we’ll have daytime highs Friday and Saturday in the 20s.

Our drive back home went much better than the drive down to NC. Still, I think we'll make it a two day drive next time we go. No matter how early we get up, we hit Charlotte at rush hour, it seems.

Plus, that way we would have a reason to go to the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. Or their air museum. That's close enough to half way to break the drive up.

It's suppose to be going down to the mid 40's here tonight. Too cold, too soon. Tarps are all up, fresh hay stacked in the coops. Duck house covered (top open), with heating pad on low, underneath the bottom tray. We're ready. Bring it on!

My grass is totally white with frost. The thermometer says 35 but I think it’s colder than that.
