The Old Folks Home

Hey Dawg! You're not THAT young if you've been on here longer than me! :thumbsup Enjoyed chatting with you about Dawgs!! Unfortunately since then my 6.5 year old Leo lady died of a horrible, aggressive cancer that came out of absolutely nowhere - canine hemangiosarcoma. Most painful loss I've ever been through, she was so young. But these jumbo dogs, you have to go into it knowing you'll outlive them and get your heart broken. I've got my 6month old pup in Novice Obedience and his goofiness is helping to keep me happy. He's going to make some gorgeous pups if health and shows go well.

Just turned 29 in March lol and awww I’m so sorry!! That’s awful!!! :hugs I lost my last dog at 6 1/2 too. It’s terrible. Your new pup sounds promising though!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I get my bees a week from today, so this was good training!

Rocking chairs available - good morning.
@SandyRiverChick so sorry for your loss. Dani our last golden retriever died post surgery for hemangiosarcoma. I understand your feeling of loss. In October we had Maggie Mae euthanized - less than two years old - suffered from seizures that could not be controlled. In addition to my beagles, we've had 7 'house' dogs. All mattered, but none as much as Maggie. I still grieve over her loss.

I'm in the market for a lift chair. My mom got a couple of good ones at thrift stores. I need to take time and start looking now before time runs out and I have to pay the price for a new one. After a day of being out and caring for all of my chickens when I come in and sit for a couple of hours the muscles and joints sort of freeze up and little bit of a lift would make it a whole lot easier to stand.
