I love my hoop coop, but it's a 4 panel.Good morning Old Folks. My helper that comes when he can and I got the frame all done with a 2 panel hoop coop today. Going to use this size coop for a rooster and 9 hens giving them over 6 sq' per bird. They will have another 100 sq' or more run for each bird. I'm tired and we have stopped for the day. We will be working on these for several days. Building 6 more coops now.
I've been known to do that.Maybe it will rain and I can go outside and dance nekid in the rain?

The rain is about a half hour away so get ready....![]()
And I thought I was .. wait..I did go to a roof top and sunbathe.. that a way. With my sister in laws. A small airplane had flown over, next thing we know it flew over again. We went inside.I've been known to do that.![]()
So far I've got 2 4 panels with 4' walls, 5 3 panel on 2' walls, a 3 panel no wall 10' wide, a 3 panel no wall 8' wide. The two with 4' panels are production layers that free range all day except when we must leave early or in violent weather. One houses the RIR's and one houses Delawares. Some intermingle come night fall and roost in the others coop. It's a sight in the morning when the roosters start wife swapping.I love my hoop coop, but it's a 4 panel.
