Is that the really good chocolate cake that they louse up with coconut?

Aww, good thing different folks have different taste buds. Our world wpuld be boring. Everyone would love coconut if we all liked the same things.

Why can't coconut have a texture I like? The flavor is ok, but the texture... total turnoff for me. So I leave anything with coconut for the people who like it.

That's interesting. I have a daughter in law and a daughter that won't eat strawberries because of texture and seeds. Me? I get the creepy Willie's when someone offers me a gummy worm..or bear. The texture!

This old man really wants to stay inside in the AC instead of going out into the scorching heat but my chickens are relying on me to come and visit their coops and to make sure they have rations in their dinner bowls.

102 here. 105 tomorrow. No chickens to worry about here. My garden on the other hand. I watered early..looked out about an hr ago and saw the squash leaves drooping..and I watered a lot. Oh well, they got watered again.

I don't have trouble with too many textures in food, but coconut is definitely one.

I have a row of black raspberries in my garden. They're starts from a friend, and only one bloomed. They bear on two year old canes, and the was the only two year old. It has a nice cluster of about 6 berries, and on my out to hunt Japanese Beetles, I saw that 2 had turned dark. YAY!

On the way home, those were gone. Damn bird, whoever you are!!!

If everyone in the world love coconut then there would be few who could afford it. I can live without but I surely don't want too. Now I'm craving coconut pie from a favorite BBQ place in FL.
