94° and feels like 109° so I think the eggs will just get fed back to the chickens today. They are already half cooked.

The eggs do not cook here when we hit real 109F so the eggs will be fine at your real 94F temp unless your nest box gets to 200F...which would indicate that you do not have any living hens LOL!

I sort of had planned on feeding them back anyway. I haven't gathered them in 3 days.

Growing up in the country, we would find hidden egg nests in the orchard. We would float test them and open them up in a bowl before using.

We did not have much money since my Dad came down with MS so very egg counted.

I am getting a lot of eggs now so every couple of days I pressure cook a dozen eggs and feed them back to the hens.

My wife puts them in a casserole dish and microwaves them until firm and then cuts like small brownies and the hens love them like I love brownies.

We're getting a reprieve on the temps. Only 92 today and about the same tomorrow but back in the hundreds starting Wednesday and for the rest of the week.

80 here now, hated locking the coop tonight they have 3 fans, 3 fully open windows also a big window in their door all covered in hardware cloth.

We need rain. I guess when i get back from the dentist i will water the gardens.
