Sometimes, it's not anything you've done, but it's the medication. My X was on one for several years, then all of a sudden his BP shot up super high. They increased the med, BUT ended up having to change it. Same thing happened with the new med. about a year later, so they put him back on the first one, and it did fine for several more years, then had to be switched out for a year. Rinse, repeat.

If my blood pressure had been as high as Caps is my cardiologist would have admitted me. If it goes very much higher than normal he make a med change. Either a new med or an increase in the med I'm taking. He doesn't mess around in a nonchalant manner ever.

I baked another large batch of Christmas tree cookies. Tomorrow I'll begin frosting the Christmas trees, and baking a batch of Snowflake cookies. I intend to do Christmas tree, Snowflake, and Candy Cane cookies. That should make a decent assortment, and they should look nice when I box them up to give to family, and friends.

Actually... another reason for a spike in blood pressure is issues with the kidneys.

Just... the joy of getting older.

Remember when you were young, and when filing out a medical form, the "what is wrong with you" section was either blank or had 1 item????
