Morning Old Folks DH has a Doctor appointment this morning.

I see primary care this afternoon. Hope I get one of those shots that will keep my back from going all the way out (again). I'm to the point I'm afraid to bend any at all now. So much to do and get done so this is not the time for downtime with a back acting up.

We kind a did huge oops. I could swear his time today was 11:30
He thought it was 10:30 so head out crap it was 9:30.
Made a new one for the July 31 st. at 10:30.

That sounds like something I would do. I write dates and times in at least 3 places and my phone calendar just to make sure I dont miss something.
