My wife fumigated our place last week simply by canning jalapenos for 2-3 days in a row. I think she had about 5 gallons to can.

Later this week more jalapeno dabbling to come. Some of the fire engine reds ones being picked now will be added to some peaches to make a sauce for use on fresh pork dishes. Works equally well in tacos too.
