Good Evening Old Folks. All the kids, grand kids, and great grand kids are gone until their next visit so we are quietly empty nesting again.

We went to our daughter's, and I did not wear my hearing aids.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

Told DH as I washed up dinner dishes after both of us ate too much, I had done my bit to upholding the family traditions For Thanks Giving and Christmas. I'm officially done until next November.

Everyone is coming here next Saturday - well, all but one grandson whose team has a wrestling meet. Then I'm officially done until next November.

Yes. I wore mine when they were hear some. I did take it out once all had finished eating and wished them all well and took my leave for a nap with it out. I missed the morning nap and there was no way I could get ready for evening chores without a hours rest.

There are times when I wish I could take out hearing aids! Like right now, as hubby is killing zombies in his computer game across the room.
