Insanity I like the sawsall idea. Of course I would find a new sawsall a great distraction too.

Dh is liking all the new toys he is getting. building the coop yesterday he got a new level and square. I guess I will have to buy him that new nail gun next time I need a new one. I managed to get allot done hoping to have it finished by next weekend.

Linda I am on the countdown to retirement and cant wait to share in your agony of relaxing

I cant speak for other lines of work but public safety sure takes the wind out of your sails when days off roll around. I can only imagine after retirement you must teach (force) your mind to relax by doing close to nothing for awhile. Years and years of muti-tasking and the rules changing with every new manager is enough to "frazzle" you into sitting in a chair and refusing to have to think of anything
