@vehve The vegan cheesecake is made from tofu cream cheese, coconut milk greek yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice and powdered sugar. The crust was dried dates, pecans and salt.

5 half pint containers coconut milk greek yogurt
zest and juice from 1 lemon
2 cups powdered sugar
1.5 Tablespoons vanilla

nut crust ingredients blended in food processor
3.75 cups pecans
2.5 cups dates
pinch salt
