I have to check to see if my toothbrush is wet, so I know I brushed my teeth.

My toughest question when I am wearing a jacket, did I just come inside, or am I going outside. Despite threats of violence, jacket refuses to talk. I rest my case.

I have many days like that!

On a totally different subject... 11 hour day @ work today. Dinner was a nice bone in, thin sliced rib eye, pan fried, and 2 ears of Olathe sweet, sweet corn for dessert. I know it's not ice cream, but man does it hit the spot

Then I'm thinking a muscle relaxer, some quality recliner time and hopefully some little bit of decent sleep before repeating the grind again tomorrow. Hope y'all are doing well.

The heat here today just wiped me out... was only 94, but felt like an oven most of the day. Those cool nights are a blessing!

My replacement started at work yesterday and BF is going to try to go back today and, while not exactly work, he'll do some administrative tasks that don't require a lot of seeing and talking. That means if this works no more 16 hour days for me and only working one job!!!

Today was lovely. I received zero voice mails and somewhere significantly well below the 250 daily emails I normally get, not to mention the insane amount of instant messages and walk ins.
