After 9 looooooong agonizing months, I am back in pharmacy full time!

That wasn't the point. I was sent there for "up to 365 days" to turn the department around and roll out the new program. In the time allotted, I could have had a baby but I had a department, instead.

I redesigned the organizational structure of the department, hired a new head and a new lead, rolled the program out, hired a ton of grunts, improved the "numbers" significantly and quite frankly irritated a lot of people. My work was done. Now it's time for someone else to captain the boat. I got it staffed with people and turned in the right direction.

Bama, fixed term contract coupled with employee co-operation negotiations as they call it here, so kinda, yeah. I've got some promising leads though.

Guys remember when I said Bama has been gone so long I think he went to find Felix? Isn't it odd they both show up the same day? Coincidence or conspiracy, you be the judge.

Now that the live wires are here we have to keep them in line so the thread doesn't get shut down. Otherwise, I'm thrilled to have them both in one place, pretty glum without them.
