The Old Folks Home

Home Depot has the regular screw in grow light bulbs Model # 429480 for $4.99 each, and the long tube shop light type bulbs Model # 429167 for $9.97 a 2 pack. Instead of suffering depression, or the effects of decreased daylight hours, I think I would begin implementing my lighting. Even if you can only get a bulb, or two each payday to put in the rooms you use most would help.

I know several people that use light bulbs to keep them form being depressed. They say it really works.

I am so grateful for my heated water bed! Its always warm.

Scg I am going to get a frame asap! Thanks I love it!

Yes, the "happy lights" are helpful.....

It is best to start them in September, and sit under them 10 to 15 minutes in the morning over breakfast. The same time every day works best.

We have thermal dogs too. A pug and a pomapoo. The pomapoo stays at the bottom as a foot warmer. The pug has to be between us. Makes the covers make an M, and I usually get the short leg of it! He can weigh a dang ton when he is asleep.

Us too, only one, a Dachshund. He has to be right up against my back most of the time, if my feet get cold, I know where my DH's feet are. He's always warm too.

I think my next sewing project ought to be an extra long sleeve secure turkey jacket. She got loose in the kitchen today during her foot spa.

LOL Get one of those Johnny jump ups for kids fasten it in the door way....

Does anyone iron flannel shirts? The Princess does. I tell her it's a waste of time, but she doesn't want me to look 'rumply'.
