Turns out that one of my does is a "precocious milker" who would have thunk.

She is a bit over a year of age, never bred, and her udder has filled just a bit... One of those "would you look at that!" kind of things.

Supposedly you just ignore it, don't milk....

It is more common in milking breeds, and she is the most milking breed of all milking breeds.... A Saanen.

She is the girl on the right, Feta Face. The little baby looking up at her is Mozze Balls and is a half Sannen. The spots on her head are where her horns were removed.

Since I'm turning 60 in November, thought this Old Folks Home thread was probably appropriate for me! LOL

So you're about 6 months ahead of me. Welcome to BYC and the "Old Folks" thread. Sometimes the body tries to prove what the brain thinks... is wrong. My brain doesn't think I'm as old as I am.

I'm still waiting for my parents to come home and catch me pretending to be an adult.

Dad's dead so if he walked through the door I'd probably have more things to worry about than being grounded.
