The Old Folks Home

Yes and practice rotational grazing along with a regimented worming schedule given that we know that coccidia are a problem on our land.

We were painfully green horns back then. Not so much now.

But I think I would still have that shovel ready just in case we have to dig another hole.

Starting with healthy stock is best no matter what type of livestock one intends to raise. Worming, when, and if needed, tends to be part of good maintenance, no matter the type of livestock. Rotation is important too. It should go without saying that a continuous supply of fresh, clean water is a must. It's always best when someone studies up a bit first, learns the needs, and requirements of the livestock they intend to keep, and ensure they are able to provide it before they ever acquire the livestock.

Congrats on your broody hatch microchick.

Congrats on your peppers Peep!

I hope you feel better bunnylady.

Scg we have had a few frozen eggs here a few times. Some winters here are mild and some are down right blistering.

I found some hen and rooster fabric on sale at Wally world and I needed some new kitchen curtains.

The curtains are the same but I have one of my hooks a bit to high on the right window. I know it's awful but I can't see or do a straight line. And Dh don't care. hhahahha

So cute! You are so talented! I happen to know. :)

getaclue...prayers. Keep us updated as to whether you go to one of those centers. I only hear good things about them. I will be praying for you, yours, and the doctors...and for safe travels.

The badges look great. I had to go read about badges, since I don't have any. I thought they might issue a 2 year, 3 year, etc. badge, but apparently not. I guess that means I have to stick around a few more years to get a badge.
