The Old Folks Home

They say that there are roadrunners in the southern half of Missouri but the only place I have ever seen them is outside the Nissan Proving Track near Casa Grande, AZ. We were down there participating in a Speed Bike one hour challenge and I can remember waiting to get checked in at the security checkpoint and watching a roadrunner near the gate scolding us. I was impressed with how big it was. I can well understand how it can take on a snake or lizard and win.

BTW. Morning everyone. We have a couple of nice spring days also but then turning rainy. Can't complain about the rain. We need it badly.

The rain is back here and may be heading for Cynthia. We usually get the rain a couple of days before her.

I had to wear my rain coat when I exercised this morning. There was some wind to but not too much.

It's starting to feel like spring again here. In February it felt like spring most of the month off and on. Then March hit and we got over a foot of snow last week on Tuesday. Now this week the temps are going from the 40's to the 70's and back down again.
We got a new mini Aussie puppy yesterday. Her name is Bear (DH named her) and she is adorable.

When ever I see an article like this I have to do more research the photo in the article suggested it was a stock photo of some process using actual chicken tenders.

Here is what I came up with..... Projection to hit the market 2021

Here is Wikipedia. I know some think Wikipedia is crap but not if it sites sources and is verified by other research that can be done on the net.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultured_meat

finally the list of articles that I picked and chose from
https://www.google.com/search?q=lab+grown+meat&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

in my opinion this takes GMO beyond the call of duty....
