The Old Folks Home

And on another subject (which got misplaced when I saw that Penny post above), Wendy's chili... :sick:sick:sick:oops: GAG! IMHO it is nasty... more like pseudo-chili, soup...:duc They crumble up burgers into a pot, add a big package of spices then add boiling water... yuck! I may be (hope I am) wrong as it's been more than a decade since I ordered it because of what I stated above.

Hard to mess up a baked potato though :D

with 5 cats in and out at night of my room think anything but a chain would encourage them to either chew or play with it

It is good to know what to expect. An experienced Dr. that does a lot of the procedure you are getting helps too
I totally agree. This doctor is "the" doctor. Many don't like his bedside manner, but we've found him to be very decent. He's very to the point, which we like. Well, I like. Dh can't understand what he says...lol. But he is the one to go to...so I'm hoping for the best.:fl(yet always preparing for the worst)

The biggest thing to remember Dr.s are Human just because they have that sheepskin on the wall does not mean God, forewarned is forearmed :bow
So true! I use to suffer from pedestal syndrome when I was younger...but I think it came in part with being raised to be respectful to my elders. I don't suffer from putting people up there anymore. ;)

We worked to get my DW to an expert when she had her para thyroid tumor removed. The surgeon in SF that did the surgery does 4 or 5 a day three days a week. In Sacramento, they do 2 or 3 a month. Big difference!
