:th Mind blowing COOL!!!

@MrsMistyReal so sorry about your hubby. That must have been impressively painful for him. :hugs

I think i have spinal stenosis, tingling in feet and hands sometimes. Always one problem or another.
A contrasting MRI can tell if you have spinal stenosis. I had surgery for it in the lower spine

Yeah, i need to make a list and go back to this new doctor and get a referral. Such a long process for everything. Get appt A, get test A, go see dr B, get test B etc. But needs to be done.

Cap I have closing in my spinal column had problems .... my feet is diagnosed as neuropathy as a result of chemical poisoning
I am impressed that you manage so well with the health issues!

The chickes must help with that

I love love love Greek yogurt I get Fage zero fat.... I can eat a cup at a time or more If I want to on Weight Watchers.

I put it in the bowl and dump about a cup of frozen blue berries... you have to stir quick because the blueberries frees the yogurt... then I squirt no calorie Sucralose over it all.... Bettern Ice cream.... Berries have loads of anti oxidants and we all know yougurt is beneficial... and the whole thing is zero points....

YEs we have Chobani in Sprouts grocery store... I will give it a try ... but once Greek yogurt came out in general we stopped eating anything else. I even use it to make Tartar sauce and use it in soups...

Fage is also made near me, never heard of it or greek yogurt until chobani came out. Fage ( pronounced 'fa-yeh', not by me, I'd call it fage, phage, or fagee, ... IDK?
Good stuff though. Chobani has zero fat also, some people don't like it cause it is thick, and a little sour cause no sugar, taste great to me, and tons of protien.

Funny story, of course I've mentioned I work at a dairy plant myself, 3rd shift group leader came out one day with a big enclosed coffee mug when I was working in the milk unloading bay, told him what silo the cream was in ( 40% butterfat cream, someone always comes out there with a jug for the breakroom coffee even though they ain't supposed to, not allowed Lol ) he says no I just want some milk, eeewww I say, he says (he grew up on a dairy farm) 'don't you drink it?', no, I've seen whats in it (we put a screen in where we hook up the hose, and a big sock on the strainer where the pump is, I've seen some stuff that would make you not want to drink milk, rarely but still I saw it )
After he left with his milk, I got thinking, I love the smell of milk, smells so good, open up the lids of a tractor trailer load, the door of a silo, hard to explain to someone that has never done it, smells so sweet, always wanted to try it so I did. Some of the drivers even keep jugs of raw milk for themselves, even seen one daily drink from his farm pickup hose.... I check it myself, in the lab for bacteria and antibiotics, clean milk, but boy, wow, worst experience I've ever had,
I had the worst (diarrhea, poops, unreal bad) for days, many days..., 2nd shift group leader, she said maybe you should see a doctor, I was about ready to, thought I might have Listeria.... but I couldn't say where I got it...
Told DW, "Pick up some of that Chobani greek yogurt!!!
I ate a bunch and no joke, instantly , OK! Wow! I was straightened right back out. I've been hooked on that stuff ever since, saved my life, ....Lol
Had many pickup drivers tell me my system just wasn't used to raw milk, and there was nothing wrong with it, I thought I had a Iron gut but Oboy, that was bad, maybe I'll try it again some day Lol.
