The Old Folks Home

YEp I have heard of the aloe.... there is also a gel that is supposed to be recommended. after listening to some people on you tube they were saying the combo is awesome.

My surgeon is my oncologist.... we will see. if the insurance gets stubborn I will decide then.

Surgeon-oncologist is good for now. One less doctor to have to see, and deal with.

Had my fun today building a hay feeder. Came out pretty decent. The goats have tried to go through it, in it, over it, and were completely unsuccessful! Love it! :celebrate Got fed up with them wasting so much. Got some pieces of 2" x 4" no climb horse fence from a friend over on BYH, a pallet, some scrap wood and a little new wood, some hardware and away I went.

Also took a 16# turkey out of the deep freeze yesterday for lunch/dinner tomorrow. Even staling bread for real stuffing. Gonna do a nice grilled rib eye steak for dinner tonight. Was 70° today and sunny with light breezes. Have had the house opened up all day! So nice after all that rain. :wee Back to rain again tomorrow for a couple of days. :(

Those old ones were quality. Now they make lousy ones so they sell more!
And they sure didn't drop the price on them. We're on our third in 6-7yrs? I have a hard time keeping track of time. We bought the fancy front loaders when Lowe's had a huge sale on them, pair of Amana's for $400, and 350, half price at the time. Still have the dryer though I had to replace the belt bearing once. The washer the boot went bad twice, ripped right out once. I was always concerned about its low water usage, don't think I'd want to wash muddy clothes or baby poopy clothes in it . Got a high capacity stainless tub upright Kenmore a couple yrs ago no baffle in it. Something sensor or electronic went bad last month so DW insisted on a old style cheapest one out there upright with a baffle in it. It's small for our big family but works. I plan on fixing the big one even if I have to replace all electronics, and we'll probably give the new one to oldest DD.
Same thing with dishwasher when we remoded the kitchen, sensor went bad so tossed it, bought a cheap one with timer knob no sensors. That fancy schmancy washer would take forever to wash dishes also.
