Aspartame doesn't bother me at all (that I know of). I had to quit diet pepsi when they switched away from it - taste was awful. Diet soda also doesn't cause me to eat more.
I do drink more-a lot more- if I am having what I call"spicy" foods. Everybody else says the same stuff I am eating is NOT spicy. It is to me.
