I wear a hat for that! You be careful he can do more than peck
I hate buying eggs, and feeding chickens. Soo glad mine are laying now. $1.65 a dz at Aldi's, was getting Eggland's Best at our local grocery on sale cheaper than the store's cheap generic brand, more $ than Aldi's but cheaper then all the others. So many people selling farm raised eggs around here, some even in store's, I don't think the big companies can compete like they were before. We had to go get some building materials for the kitchen today. And we stopped at the Piggly Wiggly in town on the way home to get some eggs. They cost us 5.35 plus tax for 5.89 for 18 eggs! I still can't get over that! We will never buy eggs in this town again!
Don't know why, but I so bad wanted to stop by a Piggly Wiggly, and a Winn Dixie when we go south, offered the kids a reward if they spotted one. Wanted a couple grocery bags with their name on it to hang in my garage. And we stopped at the Piggly Wiggly in town

Great update!

Same here, Misty. Never underestimate the power of prayer.
