The Old Folks Home

Nyquil...I remember having to take a final exam my junior year in HS and having a RAGING cold. I think I took about a half a bottle of Nyquil and giggling my way through the test. Managed to get a B but man was I ever Nyquilled. Never took the stuff again.

Doctor's office called me.It's official No RA:celebrateThey made an appointment for me in July to see a Rheumatologist about my hand function. The only abnormal lab showed that I did have rheumatic fever in the past which, hey, no news flash there, folks.

@ronott1 have they ever done lab work for RF on your wife? Sed rate and ASO? There are other tests that they can do that have popped in over the years but those two are usually the standard.
I do not remember hearing about them doing those tests. I will ask her to see though.

She is supposed to go back after some Physical Therapy to follow up. The whole thing is bemusing to me

This doctor is the first one who has ever mentioned sending me to a rheumatologist in the 42 years since I was diagnosed.

Physical therapy isn't probably going to do much good unless they can get the inflammation under control. Since I had a steroid shot two weeks ago I'm seeing improvement with my hands. I like it!

Okay you guys, nobody gave you permission to get sick or break ribs. Stop it right now! I mean it, don't make me get after you!:old:plbb

Wanted to add. I usually by Delsym cough syrup. I had a patient who would take a teaspoon every night before bed. It's very thick. He said he felt like it soothed a cough better because it stopped the tickle in his throat and when I tried it I had to agree.

You have a good Dr.!

I don't think Physical therapy will do anything either but they have their protocols...Part of the problem is the knee injury from November. That is all the Dr. wants to work on

I did finaly get my phone replaced 5.8 screen samsung galaxy j7 perx charging right now then will transfer from old phone to this trying to migrate numbers now
Congrats on the new phone!

it is samsung galaxy 7 Perx think maybe two different phones have not
heard of the G7
I get those confuses. LG uses G numbers.

My DW needs to replace her Galaxy 5 and the 7 seems like a good price point compared to the Galaxy 8. The Galaxy 9 is crazy expensive because it is new
