I have allot of problems with certain meds cetrazine is Zyrtec lortatidine is Claritan I cannot take Zyrtec it seems gives me nightmares vivid one wake you up in fear style both meds are for he depressed or hypertension and for allergies which is why I have one
 
It was just a suggestion. I am going to head out of the conversation, now.

Whenever I forget my high dose of D, I always feel it in my hands... the arthritis needs the D to keep it down. :hu

Those of you with muscle weakness may want to take a vitamin d (cholecalciferol) with it and see if that helps
I went to a clinic, "Healthy You, Healthy Me", put on by the Down Syndrome Clinic near Chicago three years ago. The director/doctor there said that people with DS were one of the populations that were chronically Vitamin D deficient. He said he has never seen a patient sufficient but has seen multitudes deficient. Our son has a Vit D prescription for his deficiency. Made me wonder what other "populations" were in that category. I usually take Vit D and I feel much better on it.
