I am sorry about the problems!I bought the s9 barely a month ago and I've had to call for tech support 4 times since I've had it.
They down graded it from 4g to 3g due to dropped calls. And most of the time I can't get it to work. With o ly one bar of signal.
I asked them to take the phone e back and let me out of the contract since I can't use it.
The said they would have to turn in another ticket. And I just got one back today saying I am getting weak signal.
What's a person to do in a case like this.
Depending on who you have, a different phone provider might buy out your contract
