Not surprising, 5 out of 4, about 18% of all people, have trouble with fractions and percentages.......

Ugh! Math is a foriegn language...I'll never be able to speak it. It doesn't help that DH is ocd and has to do most things in multiples of four.Math phobe here....please stop with the fractions and percentages....I think I'm breaking out in hives!

I can think of several occasions when that could be advantagious......
