We have that quiet here noise that wakes us means Fear-ah has found problems or is barking trying to get a response from neighbor dogs

We had a very similar situation here. The difference is that there is conduit under the road to our hours so it is easier to replace the bad cable. We've been getting spotty tv for several days. Dh called, and they came out today. They had to put in a new junction box out at the road, then run new line to our house. For whatever reason, the cable which is suppose to last forever, had decomposed. The decomposition of the cables cased the junction box to deteriorate too. While checking it out, it knocked out our internet too. At first we were told it would take a week, because a crew had to come out to fix everything, since multiple lines had to be run. There are at least 12 other homes affected. Instead, the guy put in the new junction box, and ran a new line for us, then hooked everyone else back in. We know it knocked out at least one neighbor. The line won't get buried until next week when the crew comes out, but it's out of the way of everything, and at least we're up, and running.
Nope! But only because I like and respect you. Otherwise I wouldn't waste the pixels.
Good thing, we would miss you if you were gone for a week! The line won't get buried until next week when the crew comes out, but it's out of the way of everything, and at least we're up, and running.
Go get some dessert. You'll think you get a double helping but it will have half the caloriesGood news is my eyes checked out okay, bad news. I'm still seeing double.![]()
Always good to hear you're worth the pixels!
Spent most of the day getting my computer updated so that meant I got some housework done. Then DH, aka Doctor Honey came at me with dilating drops for my eyes and that was the end of seeing for awhile. Good news is my eyes checked out okay, bad news. I'm still seeing double.![]()
