Yep, there is a steep bank down by where hubby built the boat ramp that floated away last time it flooded.Glad your house was safe only lost some steps down by the river I assume
You'll slow down, but later than most. 'Use it or lose it' is real.

I just keep up working around here until i am too tired, then i rest.Some of us are learning, much to their chagrin, that "use it up" is real, too.![]()

That Sucks!I'm the biggest loser in the snow contest. It doesn't snow here.
My bone density, and calcium intake would have been fine for normal circumstances, but the cancer drugs leech calcium from the bones. It's not exactly a matter of taking more calcium, since the drugs don't really utilize the calcium in the blood calcium level. I am on Zometa. It's an intense form of Reclast. My doctor says Reclast, and Zometa tend to do a better job, and tend to be tolerated better than any of the others.
