Oh I'm very happy with the 8... the 10 DIS make me really sad though. Especially if I caused it by trusting an incubator thermometer. I know better. I have 2 other thermometers in the non-fancy Brinsea and none in the fancy because I trusted it. And most of the eggs in the fancy one.

The 4 that I deshelled are looking good enough this morning that I pulled them and put them into the brooder. The monsters in the brooder are enormous and full of energy, these guys are going to be roadkill but I wanted it to be sooner than have them at significant disadvantage the longer I waited.

They fixed our internet, tv, and landline. YAY! I am sick as the proverbial dog. Needless to say, I dind't go to help at the fair today.

The one I use as coop is still upright not sure why.. but plans to replace two the coop and the other is the "barn"

We had the power go for 2 hours came back just in time to make dinner

None here yet, but did see some green. A few of neighbours chickens in my garden, eating kale, DW seen them biting on our blueberry bushes so she made me chase them off....
About ready to start taking pop shots at them with the little ole red ryder BB gun. Won't hurt them but bet neighbours will not like us anymore. ..
Snowed again today followed by freezing rain so no visible green stuff .
