Still quite sore. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Found my car, not where I thought it would be. Called the autobody place where I told AAA to take it, he knows nothing about it. Called AAA they made some calls and said it is at the towing company's location. Said the police wouldn't let the tower touch the car when they arrived, guess they were still doing accident analysis. Called the towing company, it is at their other location, not the one AAA told me it was. The guy said the first truck wasn't allowed to tow and went to another call. He sent another truck to my car but they didn't have the AAA info of where to take it so they took it back to their location. He said the car is totalled. I'll take his word for it especially since that is what I expected.

I'll have to go tomorrow when I have access to DD2's car (she doesn't work Tue or Fri), clean it out and get the plates. I'm going to see if he will swap the tires on my car and DD's. I think my snow tires are better than hers. Too bad I can't just take the tires off entirely and keep them but I think the insurance company expects the car to have wheels.

Given the number of times we've been hit, I'm starting to think that self driving cars would be a good thing.

So happy that baby got the right treatment! I found being near my son with Spina Bifida was the right thing to do . Had to straighten out a few nurse's through the years.

Pertussis/whooping cough. I'm so tired of coughing. Finally went to Dr. On Azithromycin now. May not help the cough, but will help others from getting it from me. I coughed so hard last night, that I lost my voice. Crazy. I feel like I'm going to break a rib or burst a blood vessel in my head. Just awful. Going to rest .. again..all day. It's been 10 years since my vaccination..no wonder. Will get it again when I'm feeling better.

Yep, been cranking to mid 40s all day. Supposed to calm down to low 30s around midnight and stay about there until tomorrow night, dropping to non gusting 11 MPH around 1 AM. Temps dropping too. +4°F at 7 AM tomorrow, -3°F at 7 AM Wednesday. High of 12°F both days.

Pretty much same as here. I rushed home and built a fire in the woodstove for the inevitable power loss and subsequent freezing to death that is scheduled.

Diva, Ripley and I just got back from our (cold and very windy) walk and we got the mail on the way up. Thank you so much! I am a blue girl, and I love it.
