Spent a few hours shoveling today after yesterdays storm. Everything's cleaned up and all the animals are happy. Ready for the next one. Which is probably tomorrow.

OH, 18 hrs is not unusual . . everyone has busy lives and we stop in when we can. . . . some times it is 24 hrs. lol

Started giving my old rottie aspirin-- really helping. He is happier. I will move to the max dose and see how he does. THis is going to be a long winter.

WE got another dusting of snow after the rain washed away the CHristmas snow, and myson just said the forecast was 6-8 inches to night. I hope he is wrong. I'm NOT ready for winter.

My youngest had his first sleepover last night. I called at 8:30pm last night, I just couldn't take it any longer, to check it. He's been having play dates with this friend every week for 5 years, maybe 4 , I"ve lost track!,They were watching Harry POtter and the PRisoner of Azkaban. THen I called this morning at 10am-- they had just finshed breakfast. HE'll be home shortly. I survived!

Oh Arielle, I remember those sleep overs! It's been a while. The kids just love them.

We have been having so much snow..it didn't stop here for three days..today, is the first morning in several that I haven't had to shovel my way to the coop. But, it's supposed to snow again tomorrow. Oh well, winter IS here. Here in Utah, we don't mind so much when we stop and think we won't have a drought for sure. We do go through those. Those are hard on the ones trying to water their crops. If it's a bad drought, then even folks with lawns are asked not to water as often. I think we will be fine this year!!
